Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Munchl app, the browser version at app.munchl.com and this website. By using Munchl you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Munchl. Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.

What you post

• You keep ownership of what you post. You give Munchl a licence to host, show and share it inside Munchl (in feeds, on place pages and in share links), and to make the thumbnails and previews needed for that.
• Only post things you have the right to share. No harassment, hate, nudity, violence, spam, fake reviews, or content that's illegal where you live.
• Posts go live immediately and are checked automatically afterwards. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Anyone can report a post.

Places, orders and deals

• Places are responsible for their menus, prices, opening hours, allergen information, food and service. Munchl passes your order and notes to the place, but doesn't prepare or deliver food.
• Always tell staff about serious allergies. Allergy notes on orders help, but they don't replace talking to the place.
• Many listings are built from open data and may be out of date until the place claims them. Prices, deals and hours can change.
• Deals are offered by places, which set their own conditions.

Creators and collaborations

Munchl records which post an order came from, for attribution only. Munchl pays no commission. Any arrangement between a creator and a place is between them.

For places

If you claim a place, you confirm you're authorised to manage it, and that what you publish is accurate. Use of the Partner API is limited to your own place's data. Keep your API keys secret.

The assistant

Ask Munchl uses AI and can make mistakes. Check important details, especially allergens, with the place.

Our liability

Munchl is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for what places or other users do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Ending things

You can stop using Munchl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app first.
